Remove favorites icons in toolbar for IE7

- 1. regedit
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\CommandBar
- Create a new DWORD called Enabled with Value 0
- Close regedit and oben IE7 –> Commandbar is hidden!
