The latest update from Adobe, Adobe AIR 1.1 was release. The two main features you will notice are improved support for localized and internationalized applications (AIR runtime supports Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish) and an update framework that lets you easily update installed AIR applications. It also has support for building internationalized applications (including keyboard input for double-byte languages).
You can get the runtime installer from here: http://get.adobe.com/air/ and more about the update framework here.
